Novanis specializes in infrastructure technology and management, technical services, high-end system software, business solutions and application development. Our primary focus, state and local government, generates over 75% of our business. We have developed several e-government solutions including automated tax processing, legislative and agenda management systems.

Novanis is located in Springfield, Illinois with additional offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, as well as affiliated international offices in China. To support its growing business over recent years, Novanis has expanded its technical staff and moved its company headquarters into an E-Business Center with state-of-the-art support capabilities for a wide range of government and corporate clients.
